LoudMommy was created to provide support for the amazing mother advocates who are voices for their autistic, apraxic and/or nonverbal childen. One way we provide support is by raising money for families in need with a nonverbal child and purchasing iPads thus giving hope where there was none and a voice where there was silence.

The point of this fundraiser is exactly what the name implies: We are going to WALK so non-verbal children can TALK! By raising money for iPads we are giving families an opportunity to communicate with their child in a way they never thought possible before. Some families aren't able to afford these modern day technological miracles and that shouldn't stop them from having a chance to "speak" with their little one.

Our goal may seem steep but we are getting massive amounts of applications from families that all are in financial need and have non-verbal children. We want to raise enough money to purchase 25 iPads with Proloquo2Go, iCommunicate and the Trident Kraken Case. For more information on these products, please visit our website: LoudMommy.com

We are hosting a 5K walk and run. This means you can be an experienced runner or you can come out and walk the trail! Each participant receives their own pledge page after registering. You can email or forward this link to family and friends to ask for donations on behalf of yourself for participating in LoudMommy's Walk to Talk. Every little bit helps!
