Gina's fitness goals:
-- Return to pre-pregnancy weight
-- Run half-marathon in May.
-- After losing the weight,maintain healthy habits.

~ Eat smaller food portions
~ Track what I eat
~ Exercise 3 times a week
~ Drink water- cut back on the diet coke!

This is like creating a new year's resolution, but with a jump start. I'm happy it includes the holidays.

Flores Fitness Goals
exercise 3x's a week
eat 5 fruits/veggies a day to make me feel fuller
drink more water
dance with my kids as a form of exercise
lose 10 lbs, and not gain any winter weight
